California Dreaming (fingerstyle guitar)

Michael Chapdelaine created a fantastic version of this classic Mamas and Papas song, well worthy of learning. (Go here for: California Dreaming lyrics and chords). However Michaels unique combination thumb-slap string-flick technique was a bit hard for me to do so I simplified it to humans playable. It think I’ve got it *reasonably* easy to play but still sounding true to his work.

I’m still learning it as you will probably notice from the vast number of pauses and mistakes – but with the recent death of the second last Mama and Papa I figured I’ll get it out there as a bit of a tribute.
